CHEMEX 3-CUP CLASSIC

£45.00

The Chemex is a manual pour-over style glass coffeemaker, invented by Peter Schlumbohm in 1941.

In 1958, designers at the Illinois Institute of Technology selected the Chemex Coffeemaker as "one of the best-designed products of modern times." It is included in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

The Chemex brewer is iconic for a reason. The single glass piece doesn't just look elegant, it also brews coffee without imparting any flavours of its own, creating clear, pure, flavourful coffee without bitterness or sediment.

Due to its purity, Chemex coffee can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for reheating, without losing its flavour. An excellent home brewer. Includes a polished wood collar and leather tie which serve as an insulated handle.
